All designs are hand drawn by Mr Orchard. He is kept locked in his little cupboard and occasionally allowed out if he's been good.

The vast majority of products available are fulfilled by a 3rd party print on demand provider. They take Mr Orchard's designs and apply them to the various products. They then package and ship the orders to you the customer. Mr Orchard uses a number of different print on demand providers depending on the products. These companies have fufillment centres in different countries around the world so your order will be produced and shipped from your country of residence.

Each print on demand company has slightly different shipping policies but generally they aim for 5-7 days on all orders from payment to delivery. Each item is made to order so obviously this takes a little more time than just grabbing a pre-printed item off the shelf and shipping it out. Hopefully you'll understand the slightly longer shipping times. Mr Orchard is not personally responsible for the shipping process but please do let him know if you haven't received your order and he'll be happy to chase it up with the print provider.
